The world's first diamond was discovered 3,000 years ago in a river valley called Krishna in India. But at the time people didn't know what it was, just thought it had the power to exorcise evil spirits.

In 2013, astronomers discovered the largest diamond known to man in space, the size of a moon. And named it Lucy, just to correspond to the Beatles song - Lucy in the diamond-encrusted sky.

Pearls are most afraid of water. Although pearls grow in water, they are not in direct contact with water. When water enters the small pores of pearls, it is not only difficult to wipe dry, but also fermented in the pores, resulting in the separation of the nacre of the pearl.
